How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your Astor account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Email hq@astorleads.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Data deletion request”. We will confirm the request, delete your data, and notify you when it is complete, normally within 30 days.

What gets deleted

We delete your account profile (name, email, phone number, and professional details), your sign-in identities (including any linked Google or Facebook login), your saved searches and activity history, and any contact information obtained through skip tracing at your request.

We may retain records we are legally required to keep, such as billing and tax records held by our payment processor, and public-record data that is not personal to your account.

If you signed in with Facebook

Removing Astor from your Facebook account’s Apps and Websites settings stops future data sharing, but it does not delete the data already associated with your Astor account. To delete that data, make a request as described above.
